Dr. Redden's Podiatry 101:
Dr. Jay Bickers, Dr. Ben Buchanan, farriers John Neto and Kyle Kukla attended Dr. Redden's Podiatry 101 Meeting this month in Versiles, KY at the Redden International Equine Podiatry Center. Come by the clinics to see what they learned about the world of Equine Podiatry!!!

Texas Equine Veterinary Association Meeting:
Dr. Ben Buchanan and Dr. Tbone Buchanan both attended the 2009 TEVA Summer Convention in Marble Falls, TX at the Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Rylie Debauld that use to work for Dr. Tanner in Rockdale has been accepted into vet school at Texas A&M and starts this fall! We will all miss Rylie, but we are excited for her.

Deanna Hill - Pierce that also works for Dr. Tanner in Rockdale won the 4D three weekends in a row on a colt her and Dr. Tanner have been training on.

The BVEH website has recently been updated by Dr. Ben Buchanan, check it out to see what is new. The Summer Newsletter will soon be released in the next week. Look for it on our website or you can have it mailed directly to your house or emailed. Send in your requests via phone or email and we will get the newsletter out to you hot off the press!

BVEH Pharmacy Home Delivery:
Also don't forget you can order medications through our website and they can be shipped directly to your home or show. Click on the link "Home Delivery", set up an account and place your order. An email will be sent to the clinic for approval and your order will be shipped to you.

NCHA Summer Spectacular:
We would like to congratulate all of our clients and trainers that are showing at the NCHA Summer Spectacular. The 2nd go of the 5/6 yr old Open started today and so far Craig Thompson is sitting well with a 434.5. Phil Rapp, Ronnie Rice and Eddie Flynn are sitting on the border with a 431.5. Keep your fingers crossed for them! We look forward to seeing them all in the finals on Monday.
The Watts Arena in Fort Worth is going wild during the Junior Youth Cutting! Congrats to our junior youth cutters Ali Good and Lane Wood for marking a 216 today in the 1st go round. Look out for them in the finals on Friday night! Those two girls like to be "wild and western!" Watch out boys!!!
Sasha Thompson, Christina Galyean and Caleb Anderson will advance to the Finals in the Limited Non Pro Derby which will be held on Sunday in the Watts Arena.
We have more clients to show this afternoon and we wish them the best of luck as well as the Senior Youth and Non Pro cutters tomorrow and Friday.

NBHA Junior World Show:
We would also like to wish all clients good luck that are getting ready for the NBHA Junior World Barrel Race in Jackson, Mississippi.

Congrats to all of our winners over the last couple weeks on the Rodeo Circuit:
Brittany Pozzi Pharr on her multiple wins and placing over the last couple weeks. She won the average at the Prescott, AZ Rodeo and St Paul, Ore, placed at Oakley City, UT Oakley Independence Day Rodeo and Livingston, Montana, and many more!
Mary Burger for winning the barrel race at Eugene, Ore and placed at Molallo, Ore.
And Blair Burk for his win at Livingston, Montana.

At "The Non Pro plus The Open" back in June:
Congrats to Casey and Codie Green for Casey's tie for Champion of the 5/6 Open.
Congrats to Tara Gaines for her win in the Non Pro Shootout, Champion of the $20,000 Non Pro and Reserve in the $50,000 Non Pro.
And congrats to Havey Riddle on Fatigues for winning the $50,000 Non Pro.
